The agreement between us, in plain language.

1.About these terms

These terms are between you (the client) and Wayne Frost, trading as Wayne Frost Life Coaching, based in Taupō, New Zealand. They cover all coaching services, PDFs, worksheets and other materials I provide. If you're coaching as a couple, these terms apply to each of you individually.

2.What coaching is, and isn't

Coaching is a forward-focused, educational partnership that helps you build awareness, set goals and take practical steps. I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching and am an internationally certified Tantra practitioner.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy, sex therapy, financial or legal advice. I do not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health condition. If you are receiving treatment from a health professional, coaching works alongside it, not in place of it.

3.Tantra and intimacy coaching

Tantra-based coaching is educational and entirely non-physical. It focuses on awareness, breath, communication, consent and connection.

• There is no physical contact, touch or bodywork of any kind between coach and client.
• No sexual services are offered, and no sexual activity takes place between coach and client.
• Any practices I suggest are for you, or you and a consenting partner, to explore privately and at your own discretion.
• Please do not send explicit or sexual images, video or audio. Any received will be deleted, and coaching may be ended.
• You are responsible for making sure any practice you try is comfortable, safe and fully consensual for everyone involved. Stop any practice that causes pain or distress.

4.Who can use these services

You must be 18 years or older. For couples coaching, both people must be 18 or over and must each freely agree to take part. I may ask you to confirm your age before coaching begins.

5.How coaching works

All coaching is delivered online by PDF and email. There are no in-person meetings or video calls. You'll receive a PDF asking what you'd like to work on, we'll exchange PDFs and emails until I have what I need, and I'll then send you a personalised PDF plan.

I aim to reply to emails within four business days. Email isn't monitored around the clock and isn't suitable for urgent matters.

6.Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results, during and after coaching.
• Please be honest in what you share. The more accurate the information, the more useful the coaching.
• Tell me about any physical or mental health conditions that could affect the coaching, and check with your doctor before trying any breathing or body-awareness practice if you have a health concern.
• Keep communication respectful. Abusive, threatening or sexually inappropriate messages will end coaching immediately.

7.Fees and payment

Current fees are listed on the pricing page. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payment is due in advance, by any major credit card or PayPal. Coaching begins once payment is received.

8.Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing wayne@waynefrostcoaching.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9.Confidentiality and privacy

Everything you share is kept confidential and handled in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Your information is stored securely so we can refer back to it if needed. If you'd rather your information isn't kept, tell me and it will be deleted once our coaching is finished. You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you at any time.

I will only share information without your permission if:

• I believe there is a serious risk to your life or safety, or someone else's,
• a child or vulnerable person may be at risk of harm, or
• I am required to by law.

For couples, I won't pass on anything one partner shares privately to the other without that person's permission.

10.Safety and referrals

If anything you share suggests that another professional would serve you better, such as a GP, counsellor or registered sex therapist, I'll tell you and may pause coaching until you have that support. Coaching is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or need urgent help, call 111. For mental health support, call or text 1737 any time.

11.No guaranteed results

Coaching outcomes depend on many things, including your own commitment and circumstances. I can't guarantee any particular result, including changes to a relationship or to intimacy.

12.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Wayne Frost Life Coaching is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your decisions or actions, or from your use of any practices or materials provided. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid for the coaching concerned.

13.Coaching materials

All PDFs, worksheets, workbooks and downloads remain the property of Wayne Frost Life Coaching. They're for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or published without written permission.

14.Ending coaching

You can end coaching at any time by letting me know in writing. I may also end or pause coaching if these terms are breached, if communication becomes inappropriate, or if I believe another type of support would serve you better. Any refund will follow section 8.

15.Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Changes won't affect coaching you've already paid for.

16.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled under New Zealand jurisdiction.
