Pricing questions
How many emails are included?
Each plan lists its total above — for example, the Full Package includes up to 48 emails over about 4 months. Every message either of us sends counts as one email, whether it’s a quick reply or a longer one. On top of that count, package clients also get unlimited quick email support for short questions along the way.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not currently — all packages are paid upfront, in full, before we begin. This keeps things simple and means your email allowance is ready to use from your very first message, with nothing to manage on either side as we go.
Can I switch packages partway through?
Yes — if the Starter Package isn’t enough, remaining emails can go toward the Full Package. Just mention it in your next email.
What if I need more time to reply?
Take the time you need — there’s no deadline on your side. Your email allowance simply waits for your reply; nothing expires and nothing is forfeited if a few weeks go by. If I haven’t heard from you in three months, I’ll check in once to see if you’d like to keep going. After that, your remaining emails stay on file until you’re ready to pick things back up.
