Does any of this sound familiar?

These are the things people most often bring. None of them mean something is wrong with you, or with your relationship.

You feel more like flatmates

Life, work and routine have quietly pushed closeness down the list.

Your desire doesn't line up

One of you wants more, one of you wants different, and it's become hard to talk about.

The conversation keeps stalling

You don't know how to say what you want without it turning awkward or into an argument.

You're stuck in your head

Pressure, overthinking or self-consciousness gets in the way of actually being there.

You're rebuilding after a hard stretch

A new baby, grief, illness or a rough patch has left distance you'd like to close.

You simply want more

Nothing's broken. You just want more depth, slowness and connection than you have now.

My approach

Where Tantra comes in

Most people hear "Tantra" and think it's only about sex. It isn't. At its heart, Tantra is about awareness: slowing down, breathing, paying attention, and being fully present with yourself and with another person.

That presence changes intimacy. It also changes how you listen, how you argue, and how safe you feel being honest. I'm an internationally certified Tantra practitioner and a qualified life coach, and I bring both together: the depth of Tantra with the practical, step-by-step focus of coaching.

What it is

Breath, presence, communication, consent, and understanding your own needs and boundaries.

What it isn't

Anything physical between us, a performance, or a set of tricks. All coaching is done in writing.

What we can work on together

Talking about intimacy

Simple frameworks for saying what you want, what you don't, and what you're curious about, without blame.

Breath and presence

Tantra-based breathing and awareness practices to get out of your head and into the moment.

Reconnecting as a couple

Small, regular rituals of closeness that rebuild trust and warmth, one week at a time.

Desire and boundaries

Getting clear on your own yes, no and maybe, and learning to honour each other's.

Confidence in your body

Easing self-consciousness and pressure so you can relax and enjoy being close.

Knowing yourself, solo

For singles who want to understand their needs and patterns before their next relationship.

Private, written, and at your own pace

Intimacy can be hard to talk about face to face. That's why everything happens by PDF and email. You can take your time, think it through, and write things you might never say out loud.

More on how coaching works

Questions people often ask

Is any of this physical?

No. All coaching happens in writing, by PDF and email. Any practices I suggest are for you, or you and your partner, to explore privately in your own time.

Do I need a partner?

Not at all. Plenty of people work on this solo, whether they're single or their partner isn't ready to join yet.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you share is stored securely, so we can refer back to it if we need to in the future. If you'd rather your information isn't kept, just let me know and it will be deleted as soon as our coaching is finished.

Will I have to share things I'm not comfortable with?

Never. You choose what to write and what to leave out. Every question can be skipped, and we go at whatever pace feels right.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and practical: building awareness, communication and new habits. It doesn't diagnose or treat, so if something clinical comes up, I'll suggest the right kind of support.

What does it cost?
