ABOUT
Hi, I’m Wayne.
I'm Wayne, a 39-year-old life coach and Tantra practitioner based in New Zealand. I live with Cerebral Palsy, and it's a big part of why I coach the way I do. I know what it's like to find your own way through problems, to ask for what you need, and to go at a pace that suits you rather than the one expected of you.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I studied visual arts and design, computing, and digital animation before training in life coaching and becoming an internationally certified Tantra practitioner. Those different backgrounds are why I pay attention to patterns, to how people think, and to the practical detail of how a plan gets carried out.
Everything I do is online, by PDF and email, so you can take your time and respond when it suits you.

How I got here
Graduating from Unitec in Auckland with two degrees is still one of the most memorable moments of my life. Alongside that study, I was also exploring a discipline well outside that world — something that would end up shaping where I went next.
Before
In 2023, I lost my mum to cancer — she was given just twelve weeks. In her honour, I wanted to help more people, the way she always did. She was deeply spiritual herself, and that spirit is part of what led me here.
The Turning Point
Before venturing into the world of life coaching, I first became a Tantric practitioner — a path I fell in love with, and one that still shapes how I work today.
Learning The Craft
I coach people online, wherever they are, on relationships, mindfulness, motivation, and the everyday systems that hold a life together.
Today
I don’t believe coaching works by handing someone a theory. It works by slowing down long enough to see what’s actually going on, and finding the next honest step from there — not the impressive one, not the one that looks good from the outside, just the true one.
My job isn’t to hand you answers. It’s to ask the questions that get you to your own, and stay with you while you act on them.
That shapes everything about how working together actually feels — direct where directness helps, patient where patience is what’s needed, and always built around the person actually in front of me, not a template.
Beyond the coaching room
I’m currently based in Taupo, New Zealand. Every session still happens online, though, so it’s never mattered where a client is calling in from.
Photography and design are a big part of my life outside coaching. Most of it happens outdoors — I find I think more clearly with fresh air and a camera in hand.
I try to hold myself to the same four areas I coach on, not just talk about them. That means a grounding practice most mornings, and a calendar I actually protect.
